Update #3 to “TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE EACCREDITATION PORTAL“
Our development team has been actively working on addressing the challenges we encountered with the portal. While progress has been made, regrettably, we have encountered a new issue during the restoration process. Some files are proving to be irretrievable despite exhaustive efforts.
The inability to restore these files has prompted us to implement a new plan to ensure the continued functionality of the portal.
As we continue to work through these challenges, you may notice some limitations in document access capabilities. If you encounter error messages when attempting to open documents, no action is required from your end. We are actively monitoring the situation and will be reaching out directly to the impacted programs to develop new timelines.
Your patience and understanding during this time are immensely appreciated. We value your continued support as we work to ensure the eAccreditation portal operates seamlessly for all users. We will continue to keep you updated on the progress and when the portal’s functionality is fully restored.
