Personnel Changes

Program Director Changes:  Submit a copy of the Program Director Data Form to accred@aota.org and follow ACOTE Policy IV.E.4. Program Director Changes to submit required documentation for review of credentials. 

            

All other personnel changes (AFWC, Dean, CEO, DCC) must be made directly in the programs eAccreditation portal. Reference the Program eAccreditation Resources page for instructions on adding users, assigning officials, or changing information.
